PRESS C BEFORE CLICKING

Contract:
Neck
Left Wrist
Left Elbow
Left Pec
Left Knee
Right Elbow
Abs
Right Hip
Right Ankel

Extended:
Right Pec
Both Glutes
Right Knee
Left Ankel

Right Bending Lumbar
Right Rotateing Chest
Raise Right Shoulder

Heres one of my kicks.

HOLD ALL

Contract:
Left Wrist
Left Elbow
Left Pec
Neck
Right Elbow
Abs
Right Hip
Right Ankel

Extend:
Right Pec
Both Glutes
Left Hip
Both Knees
Left Ankel

Others:
Raise Right Shoulder
Right Rotating Chest
Right Bending Lumbar



You can grab with the hand if you want.I switch it up with grabing and not grabbing.
